365tracker.com aims to deliver within 3 days if the stock is available else will be within 3 weeks upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

  • A small number of products will incur a surcharge that does not abide by the above conditions. This surcharge is calculated based on the shipping area. To know which products fall under this circumstance please contact our Support Team.
    In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact our Support Team.

    Returns

    My product is faulty:

    Should you suspect a fault with your product, you should read the troubleshooting section of the product manual as it may be a common problem that can be easily resolved.

    If the problem cannot be resolved:

    If your product develops a fault within 14 days, we'll always offer you the choice of an exchange, provided you have your proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement). Don't worry, all our products come with a manufacturer warranty, so if your product develops a fault after 14 days please do not hesitate to contact our Support Team.

    We only offer exchanges for items of the same price. If the item you wish to exchange is of a different price, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

    All exchanges will be processed within 24-48 hours from the date of receipt to 365tracker.com. Exchanges will be shipped back to the customer according to our standard delivery times.

    How do I return my product if faulty?

    Please contact our Support Team specifying the reason for the return. The Support Team will guide you on how to return the products and particular details might be needed from you for recording purposes.     Your product is damaged or you were sent the wrong product:

    If your product arrives damaged or you were delivered the wrong product, we're happy to exchange or refund at our discretion as long as:

  • It is within 14 working days from delivery date.
